The Fritillaria was, and still is a very popular flower for artists to draw and paint. Van Gogh featured it in one of his paintings called: ‘Imperial Crown Fritillaria in a copper vase.’
Care tips
When buying Fritillaria, look for swollen buds showing colour but still closed. Recut stems and use flower food.
